Returns
We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you do need to return an item, you can do within 30 days of the date of you receiving your item. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or earrings.
Any items you return must be sent signed for with a slip inside stating your full name and contact details so we may track your order You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from one to another
Please repack your item(s) in their original packaging, affix a label to your parcel, ensuring it covers/hides your name/address in case you are using the original shipment box to return the parcel.
This is a recommended step to prevent the parcel from being returned back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
UK
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
EU
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns to customers in the EU. If you reside in an EU country, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your product for a full refund. We cannot exchange products for EU customers at this current time. You will need to place a new order for your alternative size or style.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
